In the 1990's, we were directly involved in providing professional pest control service. Our experience convinced us that the use of baits was safer, more effective and more environmentally friendly than the prevailing practices of the day, which involved the widespread use of organophosphate pesticides.

The problems that immediately came to our attention once we shifted our programs toward the use of baits were that there were no effective ways to place the bait where you wanted it without leaving a mess, and that when using liquid and gel baits in that manner they dried out too quickly.

To solve these problems, we invented the Ant Café® Bait Station, Bug Bar® and Gourmet® Liquid and Gourmet® Gel baits to use inside. These stations protect the bait from the environment -- and the environment from the bait and are available today in packaging specifically geared to the professional market. Gourmet Ant Bait Gel Refillable Bait Stations (4-count)

Gourmet® Ant Bait Gel contains 6% Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate [DOT] in a bait matrix that stays where it is placed, is attractive to both sweet and protein-feeding ants and will not become runny even if exposed to 150°± for several hours. Gourmet Ant Bait Gel can be used indoors or outdoors in cracks and crevices, or in Ant Café® Refillable Bait Stations to quickly eliminate foragers. They are shipped six syringes and plungers per box, eight boxes per case and four boxes per master case.

Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait Qt. Bottle

The patented design of our Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait Pre-filled RTU Bait Stations directs ants and roaches to the center of the bait station to feed. The bait station is designed so that even if it is flipped over, very little bait will spill out. Ants feed inside the cone and return with the liquid bait to the nest to feed up to nine other ants. The ants leave a pheromone trail from the station to the nest, so that other ants are recruited to the bait, killing off the colony.

Our bait station can be pre-filled with our Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait (US) or Green Way® Liquid Ant & Roach Killer (Canada).

Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait Qt. Bottle

Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait is attractive to a wide variety of ants. It is available in quart bottles and contains Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate [DOT] as the active ingredient. DOT is similar in safety to borax and boric acid. It works slowly, allowing the active ingredient to make its way all the way to the queen, so that you can get true colony elimination.

Our 'Honeydew Formula' is scientifically formulated to mimic the ant food produced in nature by aphids and scales.

Green Way® Liquid Ant Killing Bait is specially formulated to retard the development of mold for up to six months and allow dilution to .5%. The ability to dilute the bait with any food grade diluent helps optimize its cost effectiveness and significantly increases the potential for acceptance by a wide variety of ant species.

Recommended for use with ANTOPIA® or KM AntPro® bait stations.

Green Way® Liquid Ant & Roach Killer - Refill (commercial) quart bottles contain 1% DOT as the active ingredient. It is specially formulated to retard the development of mold and allow dilution to .5%. Bug Bar

The Bug Bar® Insect Bait Station is an ingenius, yet safe and easy-to-use, refillable/disposable delivery system for our liquid and gel ant and roach baits. Designed to deliver focused treatments for ants and roaches, this clever configuration can be refilled even when closed through the filler hole in the lid. Bug Bars are shipped 50 unfilled bug bars per box, 20 boxes per case.

  • The Bug Bar® Insect Bait Station is a sturdy, attractive, thermoformed bait station approximately 2" x 2" square.
  • The reservoir holds up to 1/3 ounce of liquid, gel or granular bait.
  • The entryway is designed to accommodate ants and roaches.
  • The ribs on the entryway provide a secure foothold for large roaches.
  • The cover easily snaps closed and is difficult for small children to open.
  • The Bug Bar® can be filled or refilled through a fill port on the top of the bait station.
  • The Bug Bar® can be secured in place with double sided tape or 'Hercules' putty.

Gourmet Liquid Ant Bait (qt. and gal.)


The Ant Caf® Pro is a refillable container for insect bait that protects the environment from contamination. It has a small, adjustable entryway that protects the bait from desiccation. The Ant Café® Pro can be placed vertically or horizontally when used with granular or gel baits, but should only be placed vertically when used with liquid baits.

The Ant Café® Pro is sold in bags of 48 with double-sided tape and locking ties or in a bulk pack of 200. The packages are resealable zip-lock bags that protect the stations from contamination during storage and transport. There are 20 bags of 48 stations per case in the Pro Pack, and there are five bags of 200 Ant Café® Pros in each case in the bulk pack.

Gourmet Liquid Ant Bait 2.5 Gal.


The KM AntPro® is a high-volume, weather-tolerant, liquid ant bait dispenser designed to deliver low-toxic ant bait solutions, which are a combination of insect attractant and slow acting toxicant. The KM AntPro® Ant Control System kills and destroys entire ant colonies, not just individual foraging ants. Its patented round-the-clock, feed-on-demand, liquid bait delivery capability is proven effective against carpenter ants, imported fire ants, Argentine ants, white-footed ants, odorous house ants and crazy ants.
