In the 1990's, we were directly involved in providing professional pest control service. Our experience convinced us that the use of baits was safer, more effective and more environmentally friendly than the prevailing practices of the day, which involved the widespread use of organophosphate pesticides.

The problems that immediately came to our attention once we shifted our programs toward the use of baits were that there were no effective ways to place the bait where you wanted it without leaving a mess, and that when using liquid and gel baits in that manner they dried out too quickly.

To solve these problems, we invented the Ant Café Bait Station and Gourmet Liquid and Gourmet Gel baits to use inside. These stations protected the bait from the environment -- and the environment from the bait and are available today in packaging specifically geared to the professional market. Gourmet Ant Bait Gel Refillable Bait Stations (4-count)

Gourmet Ant Bait Gel contains 6% Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate [DOT] in a bait matrix that stays where it is placed, is attractive to both sweet and protein-feeding ants and will not become runny even if exposed to 150°± for several hours. Gourmet Ant Bait Gel can be used indoors or outdoors in cracks and crevices, or in Ant Café Refillable Bait Stations to quickly eliminate foragers. They are shipped six syringes and plungers per box, eight boxes per case and four boxes per master case.

The Ant Café® is a refillable container for insect bait that protects the environment from contamination. It has a small, adjustable entryway that protects the bait from desiccation. The Ant Café® can be placed vertically or horizontally when used with granular or gel baits, but should only be placed vertically when used with liquid baits.

The Ant Café® is sold in bags of 48 with double-sided tape and locking ties or in a bulk pack of 200. The packages are resealable zip-lock bags that protect the stations from contamination during storage and transport. There are 20 bags of 48 stations per case in the Pro Pack, and there are five bags of 200 Ant Cafés in each case in the bulk pack.

The Ant & Roach Café RTU is easy to use. Place it where ants and roaches are active and snip the top. The bait station’s patented design keeps bait fresh longer and is more stable and less likely to spill than other bait stations, so there is less mess. The Ant & Roach Café RTU bait station can be used both indoors and outdoors, too. Gourmet Liquid Ant Bait contains Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate [DOT] (a boric acid solid with high solubility and low toxicity) and can be used effectively on most sweet and protein-feeding ants, as well as roaches. And, there is no demonstrated resistance to DOT in either ants or roaches!

The ANTOPIA® R2 Bait Station is a weather-tolerant, bait dispensing system with several unique patented features. The core of the station is the ANTOPIA® R2(clear) reservoir. The reservoir is then covered by a green ABS cover. The cover protects the station from weed whackers, provides a neat and clean look to the station, allows the user to check the bait levels and protects the bait from the sun's UV radiation, ANTOPIA® R2 employs Spiral Ramp Technology [SRT] to make it easier for ants to access the bait and return safely to their nests where they can share the bait with the colony.

Gourmet Liquid Ant Bait quart and gallon bottles contain DOT as the active ingredient. It is specially formulated to retard the development of mold and allow dilution to .5%. The ability to dilute with any food grade diluent helps optimize its cost effectiveness and significantly increases the potential for palatability to a wide variety of ant species. DOT works slowly enough that the active ingredient can make its way all the way to the queen, so that you can get true colony elimination. Our ‘Honeydew Formula’ is scientifically formulated to mimic the ant food produced in nature by aphids and scales.

The KM AntPro® is a high-volume, weather-tolerant, liquid ant bait dispenser designed to deliver low-toxic ant bait solutions, which are a combination of insect attractant and slow acting toxicant.
