Company Profile

Our company was founded by an Entomologist with over 30 years in the field of Urban Pest Management. After retiring from the Professional Pest Management Industry, he decided to share what he had learned about controlling the nations most important insect pests with the public and to provide a site where the tools necessary for ecologically sound insect control could be purchased at reasonable prices. 

Health & Safety

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in their January 2002 publication titled "Protecting Children From Pesticides", states that:

"Adverse effects of pesticide exposure range from mild symptoms of dizziness and nausea to serious, long-term neurological, developmental and reproductive disorders."

This can be especially problematic for children since "Children's behaviors, such as playing on the floor or on the lawn where pesticides are commonly applied, or putting objects in their mouths, increase their chances of exposure to pesticides."

As a society, "Americans use more than a billion pounds of pesticides each year to combat pests on farm crops, in homes, places of business, schools, parks, hospitals, and other public places."

This publication succinctly describes the problem, and should provide sufficient alarm for everyone to take action. The cumulative efforts of millions of ordinary American, to reduce pesticide use, can make a difference.

New generation liquid ant baits provide a sound, effective alternative to conventional broadcast pesticide and dry baits. The combination of water, which ants require, and food which ants seek, along with minimal amounts of a toxicant or growth regulator is more effective and represents sound environmental thinking.
